By using this user identification and proctoring service, you agree to be bound by and comply with the following terms of service.
Integrity Advocate reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate operation of, or access to this service at any time.
Names, emails, and media provided and/or collected as part of the Integrity Advocate ID verification and proctoring process are used to identify individuals, act as unique identifier or to confirm adherence to session rules. Images of provided government issued identification are deleted within 24 hour of ID confirmation as well as any other media not required to confirm a violation of session rules or the session participant (user photo).
Only the information required to demonstrate individual adherence to session rules is provided to the course provider. Where a course provider is responsible for compliance (e.g. an employer) or acting on their behalf, the information received by Integrity Advocate may be accessed/used by the course provider as the basis for a more involved review to determine the circumstances relating to a rules violation (i.e. Possible Unethical Behavior identified) and to determine an appropriate remedy.
