How is my information protected?

The primary way your information is protected is deleting it as soon as it is not required. Your ID and all media not required to support a potential violation and/or a single user image is deleted within 24 hours. (Nobody can access or take what we do not have). Additional steps we take to protect your information include:

1. 256-bit encryption when data is in transit or at rest (banks also use this to protect sensitive information)

2. Our biometrics and optical character recognition process occurs on your device, minimizing the volume and detail of data that is transmitted to our servers.

3. Only allowing browsers/operating systems that have up to date security patches.
