Richard Anderson

Richard Anderson is the Executive Director of Smart Serve Ontario, a role he has held for the past eight years, where he leads strategic initiatives in responsible alcohol service training across the province. Prior to this, he served as Executive Director of the Mohawk Students’ Association, championing student engagement and advocacy. His leadership experience also includes serving as Branch Manager at St. John Ambulance in Brampton, where he strengthened community health and safety programs. Earlier in his career, he was General Manager at Sheridan College, contributing to institutional growth and student success. Richard brings a strong background in non-profit management, education, and public service to every role he undertakes.

Jody Palubiski

Jody Palubiski has been the Chief Executive Officer of The Charcoal Group since 2003, leading the hospitality company through innovative expansion and brand development. With a passion for building unique dining experiences, Jody has played a pivotal role in shaping the group's diverse restaurant portfolio. He also serves as a board member of Smart Serve Ontario, contributing his expertise to the province’s responsible alcohol service initiatives.
